Mark Sanborn is an incredible guy. A successful entrepreneur, author, and public speaker, his book "The Fred Factor" has sold over 2 million copies. In it, he talks about his postal serviceman Fred who quietly went above and beyond to make sure his customers got their mail. Fred truly loved people and through his actions, showed his care and concern. It's not what job you do but how you do it. Mark spent a bit of time diving into his book and talked about how to do things genuinely and why you should strive inwardly to be a Fred in all of your interactions.
