How Important Is Culture In Business? - Ft. Nicole Tanner, The Founder of Swig
Show Notes

Nicole Tanner is the founder of Swig, an original soda shop that began in St. George, Utah in 2010, and has since expanded to 40 locations.

Growing up on a dairy farm, Nicole was blessed with the gift of hard work. This gift translated well into the way she has created and grown her business. Another foundational pillar that supports Swig is the strong sense of culture. Nicole created Swig to do more than just sell drinks and treats—they aim to provide the best part of their customers' day.

On top of working to create the best experience for Swig's customers, Nicole also founded an incredible initiative called "Save The Cups" to help raise money for women fighting breast cancer. As a breast cancer survivor herself, Nicole's mission is to help other women on a personal, individual level by taking care of the inevitable medical bills that accompany their life-saving procedures. Check out this ongoing initiative—every bit helps!

Nicole is a spectacular woman doing amazing things for the world. We hope you love this conversation!
